ITINERARY
Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m) & Transfer to Hotel.
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you’ll be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Take the day to rest and acclimatize to the time zone, or explore the vibrant streets of Kathmandu, home to UNESCO World Heritage Sites, bustling markets, and cultural landmarks.
Day 2 : Fly to Lukla (2,804m) and Trek to Phakding (2,610m) - Duration: 5-6 hours.
After breakfast, you’ll embark on a thrilling 30-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Upon arrival, your trek begins with a descent towards Phakding. The trail meanders through beautiful forests and along the Dudh Koshi River, offering views of lush landscapes and traditional Sherpa villages. After a 5-6 hour trek, you’ll reach Phakding, where you’ll rest overnight in a comfortable lodge.
Day 3 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) - Duration: 5-6 hours.
The day starts with a gradual ascent as you cross several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River. As you trek through rhododendron forests, you’ll catch your first glimpses of Everest and other towering peaks. After a 5-6 hour trek, you’ll reach Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital, a bustling market town nestled in the mountains. Enjoy stunning views and a chance to explore the village.
Day 4 : Hike to Everest View Hotel & Overnight Stay.
Today, you’ll hike up to the Everest View Hotel, located at an altitude of 3,880m. The hotel offers spectacular panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. You’ll have the opportunity to relax and take in the breathtaking surroundings before spending the night at the hotel, offering both comfort and spectacular scenery.
Day 5 : Trek to Phakding (2,610m) - Duration: 5-6 hours.
After breakfast, begin your descent back towards Phakding. The trek takes you through lush forests and scenic villages, retracing part of your earlier route. Upon arrival in Phakding, you’ll rest and reflect on your experiences in the mountains, enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Day 6 : Trek to Lukla (2,804m) - Duration: 6-7 hours.
Your final trekking day involves a steady ascent back to Lukla. The trail meanders through villages, forests, and suspension bridges. After a 6-7 hour trek, you’ll reach Lukla, where you can relax and reflect on the adventure. This evening is spent in a comfortable lodge, preparing for your return flight to Kathmandu the following day.
Day 7 : Morning Flight Back to Kathmandu (1,350m) - Duration: 30 minutes.
After an early breakfast, take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu. The short flight offers panoramic views of the mountains you’ve just trekked, giving you a final glimpse of the majestic peaks. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel where you can relax or do some last-minute shopping.
Day 8 : Transfer to the International Airport for Your Final Flight Departure.
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your onward international flight, marking the end of your unforgettable luxury Everest View Trek.

- Emergency Helicopter Evacuation: Arrangement of emergency helicopter services (paid by your Travel Insurance Company).

- Meals in Kathmandu: Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu.
- Nepal Visa Fee: Visa fee for Nepal (available on arrival): $30 for 15 days, $50 for 30 days, and $125 for 90 days.
- Personal Travel & Medical Insurance: Personal travel and medical insurance.
- International Airfare: International flight to/from Kathmandu.
- Personal Expenses: Personal expenses such as souvenirs and extra items not covered by the package.
- Beverages & Extra Food: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, soup, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, mineral water, extra food, and desserts (chocolates, cake, etc.) during the trek.
- Hot Showers and Charging: Charges for hot showers and battery charging at tea houses.
- Tips: Tips for your guide, porter, and driver (tipping is expected).
- Excess Baggage: Additional charges for baggage over 10 kg for the Lukla flight.

If you return earlier from the trek due to illness or any other reason, all unused services such as flights, hotels, food, etc., are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred in Kathmandu.

Beautiful adventure
My brother and I had a great trip to the Everest Base Camp. Together with Santa our very well informed gide, who took care of us in a fantastic way and gave us much information during the hike, and Gulzen our porter (who carried each day our two bags of 10kg each plus his own bag....unbelievable). We had a wonderful time in the beautiful Himalayas, it was a lifetime experience!

Incredible Journey With a True Legend
The Everest Three Pass Trek is hands-down the most beautiful and challenging trek I’ve ever done, and it was made unforgettable by our amazing guide, Pem Dorje Sherpa, from Sherpa Expedition & Trekking. Pem Dorje is a legend in every sense—calm, wise, strong, and full of stories. He knew the trails inside out and constantly kept us motivated, safe, and smiling. From the glacier crossings of Cho La to the dramatic views from Gokyo Ri, he made every moment special. One day, I struggled with altitude headaches, and Pem Dorje immediately adjusted our plan, gave me warm soup, and walked beside me at my pace. That level of care made all the difference. The trail itself is pure magic—massive peaks, prayer flags fluttering in the wind, quiet Sherpa villages, and stunning alpine lakes. We even spotted musk deer and Himalayan pheasants! Sherpa-Led Magic in the Mountains – Guided by Tsering Phurba Sherpa
To say that the Everest Three Pass Trek was life-changing would be an understatement. The stunning peaks, vast glaciers, and kind people left an imprint on my soul. But what truly made the trek magical was Tsering Phurba Sherpa, our incredible guide from Sherpa Expedition & Trekking. Tsering was full of joy, laughter, and strength. He was a motivator and a protector—always keeping an eye on our group, adjusting our itinerary when needed, and celebrating every little win with us. I remember the cold mornings and long days, and how Tsering always had hot tea or a snack ready when we needed it most. His care was beyond professional—it felt personal. He even helped me with my backpack straps to ease shoulder strain, and gave away his spare headlamp to someone who lost theirs. The trek itself was everything I hoped for—raw, rugged, and rewarding. We hiked through snow, ice, rock, and forest. The Gokyo Lakes glowed like crystals, and Everest from Kala Patthar was overwhelming.
