Day 1 : Drive to Ulleri, Trek to Ghorepani (2,860m) – 7–9 Hours.

  • International Airfare: Flights to and from Nepal are not included in the package.
  • Nepal Entry Visa Fee:  Visa can be easily obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
    Current fees: USD 30 (15 days), USD 50 (30 days), and USD 125 (90 days).
  • Accommodation & Meals in Kathmandu: All hotel stays and meals in Kathmandu before and after the trek are excluded.
  • Meals in Pokhara: Lunch and dinner in Pokhara are not included in the package.
  • Hotel Accommodation: Hotel stays in both Kathmandu and Pokhara are not covered unless specified separately.
  • Extra Nights: Additional accommodation in Kathmandu or Pokhara due to early arrival, late departure, or early return from the trek is at your own expense.
  • Personal Expenses on the Trek: All drinks and extra food items, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, mineral water, soft drinks), are not included and must be purchased individually along the trail.
  • Personal Clothing & Gear: Trekking equipment such as boots, jackets, sleeping bags, and other personal gear are not included.

  • Important Note: If you need to return early from the trek due to illness or any unforeseen issue, expenses already paid for services such as accommodation, food, and transportation are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for covering any additional costs incurred in Kathmandu or Pokhara after your early return.
